Delivery Policy
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹1 lakh within India.
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number for easy tracking.
- We use trusted delivery partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure fast and safe delivery.
- For international orders, shipping charges will vary based on the destination. Delivery times may take 7-21 business days depending on the region.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or public holidays.
- We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you received a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
- Sale items and products purchased using discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you want to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
