Exchange and Refund Policy (Singapore Outlets Only)

New, unused, full-price merchandise purchased at any of our Singapore retail stores may be exchanged at any boutique with an original receipt within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the merchandise will not be eligible for exchange. We offer store credit for exchanges, but no refunds are available for merchandise purchased at our Singapore outlets.

Items on sale or purchased with discounts are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition. We reserve the right to reject any exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
