We are committed to delivering your order in the most efficient way possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 1 additional day for processing during high-demand periods.
- We offer free standard shipping for all orders above ₹1 lakh within India. For international orders, shipping charges will apply based on destination and weight of the package.
- Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping address.
- International orders may take between 7-21 business days depending on the location and customs processing times.
- We ship via trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment status online through the provided link.
- Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will arrange a free return pickup for the item and issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Final Sale' are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
